"Seriously one of the worst apps I've ever had to use. It's so bad it won't even accept my money when I try to buy new keys. I can't pair anymore then 5 physical keys."

"This app is an absolute turd. Complete inability to maintain basic service. Sure, it pairs, it unlocks (don't forget to wake your lock people) - but if you bought fobs or cards for it, you cannot under any circumstances register them. Press the blue button - well I did that which is why it beeps and lets me unlock it, maybe move on from this point? Amazon review for the lock itself suggests adding them all when you first set up your lock rather than just the initial card the instructions suggest so I'm gonna try that which will fix my major problem, but, yeah >.> Test your app!"

"Still does not log who has opened the locks which is a key part of the app so you can see who has been coming and going..... This feature has never worked since I've had the locks (3) (7 months) There email support is the worst ever also.... On average it take 4 weeks for a response!! And I've contacted them 3 times and it's been over a month each time for a reply, Terrible support for a big firm like this!!"

"Absolute rubbish app. Not working 90% of times. Miserable, when it is raining outside and you are trying to get in...fire your software developers."

"I wish there could be a minus rating option and I could give it maximum minimum rating possible! Last night, I couldn't find my keys for conexis L1 lock and I was happy that I could simply unlock my lock with this app and manage to get access. However, this app has just increased my trouble. When I opened the app, it did ask me my login details which it didn't accept and on top of that when I tried to recover my password but learnt that it has removed my email from their system... So pathetic!"

"Awful app, if i could give less stars i would. Cannot sign in since getting a new phone. Error message everytime. Tried to contact the support who are worse than the app itself. Just don't get a reply from them what so ever. Joke!"

"Unless app added 5 keys 4 work one is shown but does not work , but it now i can't add more keys. support is not great just telling you the same thing over and over that does not work not impressed. The only reason i havent removed the lock and sent it back is the zwave module that works great"

"Most of the time it won't let me log on, I get please try again, then suddenly it will let me in. Most of all trying to pair a new lock I keep getting "Key Ring" must be installed to use this feature. Very poor product from start to nowhere."
